Greater Houston · Non-controlled medications

Houston shift workers and medication continuity

Houston healthcare, port, logistics, hospitality, construction and energy workers may have rotating shifts and limited time for daytime appointments. The $39 self-pay clinical review provides a clearly stated review price for eligible non-controlled medications.

Online intake is not instant prescribing. No controlled medications, guaranteed refills or emergency treatment.

What to know before you request a review

The $39 is the clinical review charge, not the pharmacy cost or the price of separately ordered laboratory testing. Prescriptions are not guaranteed, and follow-up or in-person care may be needed.

Will I need to miss a shift?

The online intake can reduce the need for an initial office trip in eligible cases; it cannot guarantee a refill, an immediate response or that an in-person evaluation will never be needed.

Which medications may be considered?

Examples include established treatment for blood pressure, thyroid disease, cholesterol, type 2 diabetes or reflux when appropriate. Recent readings, medication history, laboratory data and a follow-up plan may be necessary.
